Vancouver Observer

The Vancouver Observer redesign involved updating the site’s responsive layout and re-working the presentation of stories to increase session times, pages per session and sharing. The result? Our first significant data sample, measured three months post-launch, revealed a 10% improvement in bounce rate for web and a 25% improvement for mobile users and a 23% increase in pages per session. We’re still making adjustments but a good start.
