Smithsonian Playing Cards

The Curio card game is a promotional component of our ongoing work with the Smithsonian’s Center for Learning and Digital Access Learning Lab website. Each card features a resource from the Learning Lab, and players use their imagination to create a “hand” based on themes they create from the cards they hold. Cards are then freely traded until someone completes their collection. Each card provides link back to the site to learn more about the artifacts presented and the game mirrors the website’s tools which allow users to discover, create, and share resources and collection online.
